So it’s #worldmentalhealthday - a movement I’m incredibly grateful for, because the increased dialogue around mental health issues is such an important development for sufferers. It doesn’t make our problems go away, but knowing we’re not alone is a comfort. So today I’m sharing some poems from the book I wrote about my experiences - The Darkness and the Dawn.
